At Untitled Kingdom we take care of the whole product & software development process, including creating web and mobile apps with quality assurance, leading discovery workshops and designing seamless UX and UI. Knowing that it’s hard to find an experienced CTO, we also launched our CTO Consutling.

No matter at what stage your product or service is, we will take it to the next level, beginning from a napkin idea or MVP. If you have already a product or service, we’ll revise your strategy, analyze problems, code quality and find the best solutions to squeeze more out of the product.

We do not work for clients, but we work with Partners - they are an integral part of the team and work with us on a daily basis to develop the project. They're enabled to access the code at any time.

We combine best practices from Agile, Lean or Scrum to adjust the process to our Partner’s business specifics and make things work like clockwork.

We are keen on Experiment. Fail. Learn. Repeat philosophy. Making mistakes is okay if we learn from them. We use the Management 3.0 methodology, which we implement through interdisciplinary teams, stand-ups, kudos culture, quality feedback and transparent communication.

Working with our Radical Transparency policy, we keep seamless communication through daily standup calls and we share with our Partners our project tracking tools.
