Newsletter terms of service
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Materials – information materials that may be downloaded by the User, made available by the Service Provider as part of free of charge services provided by electronic means;
1.2 Newsletter – a free of charge service provided by electronic means with the use of which the Service Provider informs the Users on its pursued activity, scope of provided services, and current recruitment processes;
1.3 Terms of Service – these terms of service of Newsletter;
1.4 Website – a website available in the Internet at the address untitledkingdom.com administered by the Service Provider;
1.5 Service Provider – Untitled Kingdom sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (30-701), ul. Przemysłowa 12, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number KRS: 0000517120, Tax Identification Number NIP: 6762477867, National Business Registry Number REGON: 12316822400000, share capital in the amount of PLN 50,750;
1.6 User – a person with full capacity to perform acts in law using the Newsletter services in compliance with the Terms of Service and for the account of whom the Service Provider provides services by electronic means.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PROVISION
2.1 The Service Provider provides the Newsletter subscription service for the Users who give their voluntary consent to this via the Website.
2.2 In order to activate the Newsletter subscription service, the User needs a device with the Internet connection, installed and updated Internet browser, and an active e-mail address.
2.3 In order to subscribe for Newsletter, the User should take the following steps:
2.3.1. order Newsletter by means of an interactive form available on the Website by entering his/her e-mail address and first and last name,
2.3.2. accept the Terms of Service,
2.3.3. activate Newsletter through a link included in the e-mail sent to the User to the address stated at registration.
2.4 Upon activation of the Newsletter subscription, an agreement for provision of the Newsletter service is concluded for an unlimited period of time between the Service Provider and the User.
2.5 Upon activating the subscription, the Service Provider may send Newsletter to the User, including information on the Materials and the possibility for the User to download them and become familiar with them. The User downloads any Materials voluntary and free of charge.
2.6 The User may at any time terminate the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service with immediate effect by deactivating the subscription. The User may resign from Newsletter by activating a relevant link provided in the footnote of each message sent as part of the Newsletter service or by sending a respective request to the e-mail address hi@untitledkingdo.com.
2.7 The User is not allowed to provide content of unlawful nature.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
3.1 The Controller of Users’ personal data is the Service Provider. The Service Provider processes the Users’ personal data in the scope of first and last name and e-mail address, only for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service and enabling the Users to download Materials. Such data may be provided to a third party providing technical service for Newsletter. The terms and conditions of processing and ceasing to process personal data are regulated by the Privacy Policy.
4. COMPLAINTS
4.1 The User has the right to file a complaint concerning the Newsletter service. A complaint should include at least details enabling identification of the User, and state reasonable reservations and comments concerning the Newsletter. The complaint should be sent to the e-mail address hi@untitledkingdom.com or to the correspondence address of the Service Provider.
4.2 The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days, unless the User fails to describe the subject matter and scope of complaint in a manner enabling its consideration or failed to provide data enabling his/her identification. In such a case, the date referred to in the preceding sentence is calculated from the date the User supplements the complaint details.
4.3 The Service Provider will send a response to the complaint to the e-mail address indicated by the User.
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Service Provider may amend the Terms of Service due to material reasons, whether legal (change of generally applicable legal provisions related to the Service Provider’ activity or change of the Service Provider’s business form) or technical (modernisation of the Website infrastructure).
5.2 The Users will be notified on any amendment to these Terms of Service by an e-mail sent 7 (seven) days before the new wording of the Terms of Service comes into effect. During this time, the User should accept the amended Terms of Service, or refuse to accept them and terminate the agreement for provision of the Newsletter service.
5.3 Any disputes connected with the provision of the Newsletter service are subject to Polish law.
