Head of Growth is a big responsibility. It means developing marketing and sales strategy to achieve business goals. It takes managing teams of people in marketing and sales activities. You will belong to the C-level team, report to the CEO, and cooperate with the Marketing and Sales teams. And here’s a twist - since Untitled Kingdom’s Sales Team is a new project, this would be one of your first tasks - to shape it into reality.

Your main responsibility: preparing and executing an effective long-term marketing & sales strategy. On a daily basis, this will mean: data & trend analysis, managing the growth budget, developing business relationships with existing customers and prospects, strengthening UK brand awareness in local and international markets, as well as building (sometimes from scratch) and supervising processes within the growth area. Your experience in IT consulting will be the key to offer support to Marketing and Sales Teams.

U are person who...
- Is an experienced Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT services as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Sales Manager, or similar positions.
- Is good with people. You have experience in managing the marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for up to 10 people.
- Is experienced in selling IT solutions (a must). Experience in MedTech sales or in social technology would be an advantage.
- Has a track record of scaling up a business (the whole organization, specific segment, or market). You are well acquainted with data analysis and IT market trends.
- Has prior experience in developing and executing business strategies. You can prove you know how to reach KPIs and designated goals.
- Is a great communicator. You know how to communicate to be heard and understood.
- Speaks and writes Polish and English fluently.
- With a people-first approach, you know how to work with others, so they would want to work with you.
